*Hope everyone is staying healthy and being safe during this challenging time. Try and continue stretching and exercising at home. Make a goal for yourself. Maybe 10 situps and pushups and jumping jacks each day. Now that the weather is getting warmer get outside and walk, run, ride a bike, skateboard, etc. Fresh air and sun is good (vitamin D)! Also here are some steps to protect yourself from getting sick and continue staying healthy:
-Wash hands at least 20 seconds, especially after being in a public place, or after blowing your nose, couging, or sneezing. (Try to cough or sneeze in the inside of your elbow, not your hands)
- If soap and water are not readily available, use hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol
-Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
-Avoid close contact with people that are sick. Practice social distancing (6 feet apart)
-Stay home if your sick
