    *Hope everyone is staying healthy and being safe during this challenging time. Continue stretching and exercising at home when you don't have class and on the weekends. Make a goal for yourself. Try 10 situps, pushups and jumping jacks each day.  Get outside and walk, run, bike, skateboard, etc. Fresh air and sun is good (vitamin D)!     Also here are some steps to protect yourself from getting sick and continue staying healthy:

    -Wash hands at least 20 seconds, especially after being in a public place, or after blowing your nose, couging, or sneezing. (Try to cough or sneeze in the inside of your elbow, not your hands)

    - If soap and water are not readily available, use hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol

    -Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands

    -Avoid close contact with people that are sick. Practice social distancing (6 feet apart) 

    -Stay home if your sick


    We cover all sports including, volleyball, soccer, basketball, football, and other variations of sports games and diverse games and  fitness activities. During health we cover topics, such as, personal growth and development, nutrition, diseases, wellness and safety, decision-making, character development, advocacy, and tobacco, alcohol, and other drugs.
