• My personal philosophy of education is that each student is unique and special in their own way and that everyone learns differently.  Whether they learn by auditory, visual, or kinesthetic it will all be brought into my classroom.  The classroom will be a positive, safe and supportive environment where students can feel free to be curious in their learning as well as be able to ask questions freely.  The classroom atmosphere will be one where the student can grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically and socially. As an educator, I guarantee to make sure that each student does their best and can reach their fullest potential by the end of the school year. I will guide and assist each student and make sure that no one is left behind so that every student can advance to the next grade with the knowledge to achieve success.

My curriculum will focus on the students as well as the core standards. Since the students play a major role in the classroom and their interests need to be met this will get students to develop the use of intrinsic motivation.  Using hands on activities, asking open ended questions, utilizing group discussions, and using technology in the classroom will ensure that the students will not just memorize but actually retain the information.

My goal, as an educator, is to have my students enjoy their learning environment and grow from what they are learning. Lessons will be instilled in the classroom and I will include various academic abilities. The students will be able to take the lessons that they learn from the classroom and utilize them to be successful in their chosen careers.
