When I was growing up I always wanted to be a teacher! Hello, my name is Michele Morey. I have been teaching in the Long Branch Public School District for twenty-two years. I received a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and Psychology at Monmouth University. I strongly believe in the quote, " Where Children Matter Most."  It is my goal to help each child reach their fullest potential. My classroom is full of hard workers, excitement and lots of laughs! I am so excited to return to the school where I first began my teaching experience in Long Branch. Many years ago,  this school was known as the Elberon School, but today this building has been transformed into a beautiful state of the arts school which is known as the George L. Catrambone School.  Growing up in Manalapan, my family would on occasion go out to dinner in Long Branch to our favorite restaurant which at the time was Casey Jones.  During our drive, I was always so excited to pass this huge building which today is called Monmouth University. My field experience led me on my journey to the Long Branch Public Schools.  So as you can see, Long Branch is very special to me!  I truly look forward to having a successful year with your child!  I am truly blessed to work with the beautiful children in this district!
