Mr. O'Neill received a Bachelor of Music degree from the Indiana University School of Music in 1989. In 2008, he received an Accelerated Masters in Educational Administration from Georgian Court University.
Mr. O'Neill has been a Long Branch teacher since 2003. Prior to his education career, he spent twelve years as a professional drummer and singer as well as a booking agent and tour manager in the Classical music industry.
Mr. O'Neill continues to perform over 150 shows a year with his musical groups. He also runs the Sandy Hook Summer Concert Series and is the former Executive Director of the Plainfield Symphony Orchestra.
