Hello. Hola, Bonjour, Oi, Ciao!
This year, I’m excited to be taking on a new role while continuing a wonderful partnership with Mrs. Emick and Mrs. Martin as an In-Class Resource (ICR) teacher for 4th grade—now in my third year in this position. I’ll be supporting students in small group instruction across all core subjects, including Math, Science, Social Studies, ELA, and Writing, in Classroom 319 at A. Amerigo Anastasia Elementary School.
I earned my Associate’s Degree in Education from Brookdale Community College and went on to complete my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Education at Georgian Court University. I hold two New Jersey teaching certifications: one in Elementary Education (K–6) and another in Teaching Students with Disabilities.
This year marks my 13th year in education! I’ve had the privilege of teaching students from Pre-K through 8th grade, and for the past 8 years, I’ve proudly served in the Long Branch School District. Of all the subjects I teach, Science is my favorite—it's where curiosity and creativity truly come to life.
Outside the classroom, I enjoy traveling and exploring the world with my family. This summer, we spent an unforgettable time in Portugal. I’m also a proud wife and mom to a beautiful daughter who is turning nine this year.
I look forward to a year full of growth, discovery, and meaningful learning with my students!
