Are you aware of a family dealing with a life altering crisis due to separation, divorce, death, illness, military deployment, or other painful family transition? Rainbows helps children heal after a life altering crisis and our Monmouth County chapter commences free winter sessions this January 2016.
Rainbows is an international non-profit organization and our Monmouth County site serves children grades K-8 ages 5-14 and adults with children enrolled in the program. Rainbows trained facilitators use proven age-appropriate curriculum which has helped over 3 million children over 30 years.
Rainbows helps children heal whether their family loss is recent or years ago by providing a trusted support group with children of similar age where they can express their feelings and realize they are not alone. The proven Rainbows program curriculum also helps children develop problem solving and appropriate behavior management skills.
Our Monmouth Rainbows site serves children grades K-8 ages 5-14 and adults with children in Rainbows.
Rainbows is free of charge and open to all families in Monmouth County from all economic, racial, ethnic, and religious backgrounds, and from two-parent, single- parent, or foster-parent families.
