    Introducing web-based software that allows in-district personnel to apply for and then monitor the status of their field trip requests. The first approval must come from your building principal/admin, and your last approval will be from the Transportation Department.

    If a request you have sent comes back either "approved" or "denied" by Transportation, keep in mind that the approval is only for the "Transportation" segment. For all matters involving the appropriate requirements that are expected of a field trip, you are required to obtain approval from the Assistant Superintendent of Schools (via Frontline). Frontline approval must be received prior to submitting a request for transportation.  Our software system and scheduling methods only have the capacity to coordinate the transportation portion of your approval.
