Welcome to Ms. Winters Grade 7 Math Website and welcome to the 2022 - 2023 school year!
I am so happy to be teaching 8th grade math at Long Branch Middle School. Seventh and eighth grades are my favorite grades to teach. At this age, students are on the cusp of developing into the person they will become. It is an exciting time in life.
The students begin the year by reviewing equations. The curriculum covers topics such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing rational numbers; expressions; equations and inequalities; ratios and proportions; percents; probability; and statistics;
