Central Registration

Please follow the directions below to complete the registration process.

Step 1: Complete the Registration Packet

Step 2: Schedule an Appointment

After completing the online registration, call the appropriate school building to schedule an appointment to submit your required documents.

Important: If you are registering a high school student, registration must take place at Long Branch High School.

Early Childhood Centers (PreK–K)

Required Documents

All items listed below must be originals and are required in order to proceed with registration:

Proof of Residency (3 required)

  • Acceptable documentation includes (bills must be current and in the parent/guardian’s name):

One of the following (required):

  • Deed, Mortgage, Tax Bill, or Lease ***

  • Utility Bill (gas, water, or electricity) ***

  • House Telephone Bill ***

  • Cable Bill (Internet and/or TV; prepaid not accepted) ***

Additional options (may be used as the other two proofs):

  • Cell Phone Bill (prepaid not accepted)

  • Medical Bill or Insurance Bill

  • Correspondence from County Social Services

At least one proof must come from the starred items above, plus two additional proofs from the list.

Other Required Documents

  • Parent/Legal Guardian Photo ID (If the guardian is not the parent, proof of guardianship is required)

  • Student Birth Certificate

  • Immunization Record (must include student’s name and date of birth)

  • Current Physical Exam (completed and signed by a pediatrician; office stamp required). 

  • Tuberculosis Test Results (if entering from another country)

  • IEP – Individualized Education Plan (if applicable)

  • Transcripts/Report Card (if applicable)

  • Medical Documents from Immigration (if applicable)
