• Where we want to go – our mission, vision, and long-term goals.

• How we’ll get there – the priorities, action steps, and partnerships that will shape student success.

It is developed with input from hundreds of voices—students, parents, staff, board members, and community partners—so that our plan reflects the hopes and needs of the entire Long Branch community.

Our Vision

LBPS seeks to empower students socially, emotionally, and academically for life and career in an inclusive, dynamic, and innovative learning environment from PreK through 12th grade and beyond.

The plan focuses on seven key areas that will guide our work in the coming years:

• Programs, Pathways & Proficiency – Academic growth and college/career readiness.
