• Mrs. Jensen  Teaching has been a life's dream of mine. I was priveleged to have been educated by great teachers in the Long Branch School system and returning to  teach at my Alma Mater has been quite an honor. I graduated  from Marymount College in Tarrytown, NY with a degree in Psychology. I am dual certified in both elementary education and Special Education, grades K-12. I received my Master's Degree in Education  at Monmouth University. I recently received my second Masters in Math Education at Rutgers University in May of 2013. I taught in Long Branch Junior High School for many years and then left to begin my family. I had six children (3 girls 3 boys) and when the last one started kindergarden, I returned to education, teaching in a Catholic school for seven years and was the math and science coordinator. I am  Middle School math certified .I returned to Long Branch Schools in 1999, teaching at the Academy of Alternative Education where in 2011, I received the "Teacher of the Year"award. I  am highly qualified in Math, Science, English and Social Studies.
