Physical training is held every friday, and gives cadets the opportunity to work out and maintain their physical fitness standards. Exercises are created by the Unit physical training SNCO(commander), and are then delegated to flight commanders who then execute the exercises with their flights. Exercises range from core workouts, strength building, as well as team bonding. The main goal of PT within our unit is to keep cadets in shape, and bring flights closer together. With this, a family mindset is built and the unit is able to be ran efficiently.
